The Nagaoka MP-300 pickup is a perfect pickup for medium-weight tonearms and impresses with a very neutral sound. Shortly after the break-in period, the high-frequency sharpness that was initially heard disappears.
The boron needle carrier with a semi-line diamond floats effortlessly through the record groove and impresses with its extraordinary lightness. Of course, it also reveals bad recordings, but with good recordings it delivers an unprecedented depth of field and, above all, selectivity. Nothing is forgotten here and even the smallest details are brought out of the groove.
